One Book In The Grave
by Kate Carlisle
This book is part of a series by Kate Carlisle, about a woman named Brooklyn who restores old books. In the course of her work, somebody is inevitably murdered, and Brooklyn "helps" the police to find the correct killer. (She was once wrongly accused of a murder, so she wants to see justice done.) And in the process of finding who the murderer is, we also learn about restoring books

A Very Merry Bromance
by Lyssa Kay Adams
Another good read in the Bromance Book Club series. A country music golden boy is the next gentleman to need some romantic advise from the "club" members. And his target - a woman who brushed him off a year earlier! She's trying to convince him to become the new face of her estranged family's business. You never quite know what's going to happen next!

Murder Under Cover
by Kate Carlisle
This is a good book, part of the "Bibliophile Mystery" series. It's about a woman named Brooklyn Wainwright, who restores books as a profession, and is an amateur detective as a hobby. It's not her fault she keeps finding bodies, right? Each mystery keeps you on your toes, and you don't want to put it down until everything comes together at the end.

Home Body
by Rupi Kaur
While the poetry did go into some dark places, it certainly struck a few chords with me overall. I especially enjoyed and could relate to the chapter "rest" and its focus on balance in life.

Fodor's Maui
by Fodor’s Travel Guides
Fodor's Maui was a great supplement to the online research I've already completed for an upcoming trip to Hawaii! I found some new restaurant and activity recommendations that were not previously on my list. Looking forward to all Maui has to offer!

Cockatiels At Seven
by Donna Andrews
This book is part of a very funny series about a (now) married couple and their extended families. Reading about how the one main character ends up finding dead bodies and "helping" the police keeps one on one's toes. You never know until the end "who done it" and why. Full of laughs, and I didn't want to put it down!

The Bromance Book Club
by Lyssa Kay Adams
Very good book - a quirky take on book clubs by having a secret one, just for men. The idea is to use what they find in romance books to help them in real life with their ladies. Fun premise, fun read!
